Weather forecast for Tuesday, […] Hualalai’s ocean front felt the effects of the warning-level surf that closed some of the beaches on Hawaii Island. The spectacular waves are coinciding with another round of extreme early-morning high tides. This makes for a glorious but messy sight. Thank you to the Hualali crews that cleaned up lava, rocks and sand! […] Geckos are a part of our household at Hualalai. Especially fond of our guestroom, they have created multi level dwellings from corner to corner. We try to evict, but they’re smarter and faster than we are. I hadn’t realized that their diet consists of spiders, cockroaches, ants and centipedes, none a particular favorite of mine. […] Newly improved, the lap pool by the spa is back. We missed you!
