Ho’omaika’i to Lloyd Mendes Jr., a tenured member of the Hualalai security team, for winning Security Officer of the Year at the 2025 Na Po’o Pa’ahana Awards. These annual awards are presented by the Hawai’i Lodging & Tourism Association.
The volcano continues to erupt. The 12th started on Tuesday, March 4. Each eruption has created voggy skies and other worldly sunsets.
