For the first time, the Member Guest Golf Tournament has expanded to include activities for all Hualalai Residents. We’ve also change it’s name—it is now called the Hualalai Invitational. There are the traditional Flights (Groups) that will compete for awards (see the brochure by clicking the photo above).
But this year there is an “Ohana Flight” for those golfers who are not that competitive or that good. Hoping to attract Happy Hundreds type players (players who score around or over one hundred and don’t care) Hualalai has reduced the price and allowed all those who want to play with their spouses or Hualalai friends to join in the fun.
The “Ohana Flight” teams will play 3 rounds of 9-hole golf. Each round will be designed to have lots of fun with little stress. Also the “Ohana Flight” teams will participate in all the parties, lunches etc.
The cost of participating as part of the “Ohana Flight” is $1,150 for both players on the team and it includes two extra guests at all dinners and parties. If there are no guests for the dinner/parties the cost drops down to between $800 -$850.
It should be great fun and we hope all our golfers (male and female) who are not serious players and want to just have a good time without any pressure will sign up for the “Ohana Flight”. Just let the Concierge know you are signing up for the First Hualalai Invitational
