It’s that time of year again! We’re gearing up for our 10th Annual Summer Bash, Tournament, and Auction to benefit the Hualalai Ohana Foundation. The event is taking place on Saturday, August 9th, 2014 and we hope to see you there for a fun day of golf, a fabulous dinner, dancing, and auctions.
This Friday, May 16th, Happy Hundreds will be playing at the Hualalai Course at 2 PM. FRIDAY, MAY 9TH…WEATHER PERMITTING…HUALALAI COURSE, 2PM…9 HOLES…DRINKS AT RESIDENTS BEACH HOUSE Maura and jim with “The Frog” This Frog (donated by Jim and Maura Schumacher) is to be placed on the Nicklaus driving range at 175 yards. Have a sip of wine and watch Tom do what he does so well. January 22 -25, 2014 is Hualalai’s Invitational Tournament (the old Member/Guest event. This coming year the event has changed considerably offering new activities as well as a new “Fun” Golf flight for those golfers who are not competitive and just want to have fun. It’s called the “Ohana” Flight.

According to David Chai: This is a temporary holding tank for 600 kampachi, 300 of which will be going to stock Kona Village ponds and 300 for our Resort restaurants. They need to be held for 21 days in this quarantine tank prior to stocking. Because of the Member Guest Tournament Happy Hundreds is being held at 2pm at the Hualalai Course on Friday February 22nd. Many of our employees’ children attend Parker School in Waimea. Due to maintenance on the Ke ‘Olu Course Happy Hundreds this week will be on the lower cours.
