Save The Date: This year’s Big Island Chocolate Festival will be held on Friday, June 8th from 6 pm – 10 pm here at Four Seasons Hualalai. This past Friday a bunch of us, as part of “Made in America-2” traveled with the our Chefs to Wailea Agricultural Group Farm and facilties on the East side of the Island (about30 minutes North of Hilo). After a tour of the farm we settled down for a magnificent feast made in their outdoor kitchen. Four hundred and fifty of us gathered to Rock the Rock last night. The food was great; everything from lobster to wild boar. Everyone embraced the theme of the Disco Seventies! A major mahalo to Jahn and all the staff that looked so great and made the event so successful
