A number of people of asked for the recipe for the almond-conconut Orange Cake served at the Chanukah Dinner at Ke ‘Olu. When I make it, I boil the seedless oranges on the stovetop on a slow boil until soft, about 2 hours and then pulverize in the cuisinart until a mushy pulp is formed. ( yes! rind and all!)
