The team at the resort continue to be very busy as we plan and look forward to the upcoming Holiday Season! The Members Festive Brochure was released earlier this week with the Festive desk accepting reservations from Tuesday, October 26th. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Next week we welcome Aaron Grant as the Club General Manager. As previously shared, Aaron joins us from Kohanaiki and brings with him 20 years of Club experience. I know Aaron is eager to start his new role and to meeting all our members over the coming months. Thank you again to Alessandro for his leadership in the absence of a General Manager!
As it relates to COVID 19, it has been encouraging to see case counts continue to fall on Island. However, it is important that we continue to maintain our protocols and remain vigilant. The weekly employee testing program, announced in August, has been working effectively and we continue to offer vaccine clinics here at the resort for our employees. The resort has also been a partner of the ‘Hotels for Healthcare Heroes’ as we show our gratitude and appreciation for our healthcare professionals here on island.
Finally, I am excited to share that the Hotel Room and Suite renovation is coming to a conclusion! All major works are complete as we focus on some final details and snagging. We are particularly thrilled with the new Presidential Villas which will certainly help maintain Hualālai’s position as a world-class resort destination.
