Hualalai Spa Retreat Programs


Aloha Hualalai Club Members,

I am excited to launch a new programming series at Hualālai Spa. Life in Balance features innovative, life-enhancing seasonal retreats inspired by nature and curated by globally-trained wellness specialists. Members and guests can access these specialists through our partnerships and try unique experiences and workshops.

We aim to continue to lead and diversify in our offerings so that however you may choose to find your Balance, Hualalai may have something for you to explore. The schedule is designed to allow you to join as much as you want or pop in for one session, making it an accessible retreat concept with options. I am excited for our first retreat featuring yoga, music, sound, journaling, and a bit of wine and chocolate! I look forward to you joining us to experience Rebel & Muse!

N E W M O O N E V E N I N G Y O G A F E S T I V A L

Wednesday, March 30 – 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Wine and Yoga Under the stars: Experience a sensory post dinner

slow-paced yoga flow under the starlit sky paired with a live

acoustic sound session by Kaleo Wassman followed by local artisan

chocolates and sparkling wine tasting.

Wednesday, March 30 – 9:00 a.m. (80 minutes)
This class will start dynamically with an all level yoga flow (yang)

followed by longer held poses (yin) to relax and calm the nervous

system. To finish, you will enjoy a meditative sound bath with crystal

healing bowls during a long savasana.

Thursday, March 31 – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. All Level Dynamic Yoga: Focus on getting us centered,
grounded, and ready for our day.

10:30 a.m. Resilience Workshop: Managing Stress for Positive

Change – In this workshop, you will learn specific tools for body,

breath, and mind that can help you manage stress and bring you

back to inner peace.

12:00 p.m. Lunch – Enjoy a healthy spa inspired pre fixe menu

created by the talented Four Seasons chefs at the beautiful ocean

front Beach Tree Restaurant.

1:30 p.m. Guided Meditation, Journaling, and Mindfulness:

Cultivating the seeds of self love, take a journey though the

energetic body and chakra system.

2:30 p.m. Yin/Yang Yoga with Sound Bath: This class will start

Friday, April 1 – 10:30 a.m.
The health of your back and hips influences all aspects of your life.

Improving the mobility of your back will help prevent chronic

body pain and enhance your overall health. Improving the health

of your hips can prevent and ease tension in the entire physical and

emotional body. In this workshop, we will focus on gentle yoga poses

to release tension in the back and hips, as well as strengthening

poses to support the body’s functionality, mobility and stability.
