Starting on Wednesday, June 27th and throughout the summer, the Hualalai Grille will turn into a pop-up American Steakhouse restaurant with a local flair! The Grille will serve up Prime steaks, Kurobuta pork chops, local fish and chicken. Chef James Ebreo’s inspired dishes include Seared Big Eye Tuna, a 21-ounce Prime Ribeye, Tempura Onion Rings, Hamakua Mushrooms and Mac Nut Toffee Ice Cream Pie. The Hualalai Grille will be open for dinner service from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Wednesday through Monday.
