This past Friday a bunch of us, as part of “Made in America-2” traveled with the our Chefs to Wailea Agricultural Group Farm and facilties on the East side of the Island (about30 minutes North of Hilo). After a tour of the farm we settled down for a magnificent feast made in their outdoor kitchen.
All the buildings were prefabbed in Bali and then transported to the farm. Their specialty is Hearts of Palm.
