Exclusive Member Palamanui Trail Hike

Thursday, February 18th, 3:30 – 5:30 pm with Dr. Richard Stevens.

You will hike on a restored ancient trail with Dr. Stevens, the leader of the restoration project.  Caves, petroglyphs, archeological sites, and rare Hawaiian plants are among the “signs and wonders,” along the old mauka-makai route connecting the uplands and the sea.  Bring water and gloves, you’ll rescue ancient trees from invasive grass.  Meet at Ke`olu parking lot at 3:00 pm and you will return at 6:30 pm.  $75 per person, minimum 6 people.
