Today a few members were asked to judge the best Departmental Christmas trees. The trees were placed on the Ke ‘Olu bar and the trees were judged in three categories: best traditional tree, best Hawaiian tree and best tree reflecting the department it represents.
Here are some photos of the trees and we will announce the winners on this blog when we find out who won.
- The Spa and Sports Center tree is adorned with hand made ornaments from the balms and herbs.
- The Real Estate tree is covered with glittering keys and small rolled Purchase and Sale agreements. It also sports a replica of a golf hole made of felt.
- The Cultural Center’s tree sporting musical notes and tiny sheet music
- The Coffee Company tree with ornaments with photos of our baristas and a likeness of the Trading Company in front.
