Last week in Montecito, we had a chance to chat with Chef Massimo at lunch. He is now a chef/partner at the 1 Michelin Star Caruso’s at the Rosewood Miramar Hotel. The restaurant also has a Michelin Green Star. He has fond memories of Hualalai and keeps in touch with many of his colleagues from there.
