Summer 2020 at Hualalai!

We’re in high summer now, but Hualalai looks very different than it has in summers past.Thankfully, nature remains constant even while the pandemic has made for changes. (Just got the news that the 14 day quarantine has been extended through August.)

Four Seasons Hualalai has been hard at work renovating the […]

A New Perspective

One of the benefits of slowing down and staying put is the opportunity to look at what’s around us and actually see it. Foliage abounds at my feet, but I rarely stop to appreciate it.

Erin Lee Stars on Instagram, Live

Using the most up-to-date platforms, Four Seasons Hualalai is offering many programs for us electronically. Yesterday, Erin Lee gave an Instagram live demonstration on planting containers. (Don’t ask me why my Video paused. I have a black thumb when it comes to electronics.) I want to plant mint and parsley in a container now.

Sunset Surprise

On Thursday, out of gray and gloomy skies, this crimson sunset appeared. I can only think it’s a metaphor for good times ahead.

SEGWAYS were bought in ’07 by a previous homeowner and purchased by us

in ’13; we’ve bought new lithium ion batteries and keys for both and have enjoyed

them. We just don’t use them anymore. Perfect Condition. 5K for both.

Sunset Moments

At Hualalai, we are so fortunate to experience incredible sunsets, evening after evening. This pink sunset was a tribute to Tom Callero, who was killed in an auto accident four years ago. Tom was a beloved Beach Tree bartender.

Also, Bill McDowell has captured some incredible sunset shots for us. Each punctuates our thanks […]

Rainbow Popsicle

This fabulous rainbow shot was taken by Becky Holman. Unfortunately to see it properly, you’ll have to tilt your head to the left. I’ve tried to straighten it in several different ways, but it always ends up on its side in the blog. HELP!!!
