Save The Date: This year’s Big Island Chocolate Festival will be held on Friday, June 8th from 6 pm – 10 pm here at Four Seasons Hualalai. Tickets and are available on line at www.BigIslandChocolateFestival.com. It was busy day at the Beach House and as usual we ordered their gazpacho, one of the best we ever had. This past Friday a bunch of us, as part of “Made in America-2” traveled with the our Chefs to Wailea Agricultural Group Farm and facilties on the East side of the Island (about30 minutes North of Hilo). After a tour of the farm we settled down for a magnificent feast made in their outdoor kitchen. […] LudoBites Sample Menu 2012 Four hundred and fifty of us gathered to Rock the Rock last night. The food was great; everything from lobster to wild boar. Everyone embraced the theme of the Disco Seventies!
