Angela Kenyon has been named chef de cuisine of the Beach Tree Restaurant

Angela Kenyon has been named chef de cuisine, Beach Tree Restaurant. Kenyon is a Four Seasons veteran, having served at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf before joining Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in 2006.

As many of you know, Chef Angela has been the backbone of Beach Tree for the past four years.   She most recently served as sous chef of Beach Tree. “I’m thrilled to take over the helm at Beach Tree” she says. “I love everything about this restaurant and am excited to lead our passionate team as we continue to serve amazing food in a beautiful environment.” A graduate of New England Culinary Institute with as A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts. Kenyon is passionate about travel and experiencing the world’s cuisines.

In 2013, she traveled to Puglia, Italy, where she worked at the Michelin Star-rated restaurant Pasha for a two-month immersion assignment. “Chef Angela is the natural choice for this position” says Robert Whitfield, regional vide president and general manager of Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. “Her years of experience and success here at Hualalai, and around the world with Four Seasons – not to mention her time at Pasha in Italy are invaluable – she’s a real talent, and we’re happy to have her leading the charge at Beach Tree.”
