Florian Riedel, Director of Operations led a coffee chat today at 10 AM at Ke ‘Olu.  He discussed the Four Seasons approach to training of front line staff as well as managers.  He went over how the new structure works with the Four Seasons.  A number of members made suggestions and voiced some concerns.  The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone felt that his approach to management of Hualalai was appropriate and that he was open to all kinds of feedback from members.  Hopefully this kind of coffee chat will occur again later in the year.
