An Important change in our membership

Dear Hualalai Club Member,

Over the past year it has been my privilege to have the opportunity to meet so many of you and spend time learning directly from you about what draws you to Hualalai. And what is immediately apparent is the importance of sharing this special place with family. At Hualalai Club we want to be sure we foster an environment where the family can realize the many benefits of membership. As such, we are taking the following steps:

1. Creating a new Inclusive Family definition
2. Expanding benefits to all Inclusive Family Members
3. Asking Members to update their registration profile to include all Inclusive Family Members

Inclusive Family Definition
The Club is pleased to announce a change to the previous designations of Immediate Family and Extended Family and create a new Inclusive Family definition with the same high level of benefits for all. The Inclusive Family will include family members related to the Primary Member and Spouse/Domestic Partner as follows:

Grandparents
Parents
Children
Grandchildren
Siblings
Nieces/Nephews *

Spouses/Domestic Partners of each of the family members listed above will also be recognized as Inclusive Family.

* Nieces/Nephews can include up to a maximum of four designees at any given time and the designees can be changed once annually at the beginning of each calendar year.

Benefits for all Inclusive Family Members will include:
Golf: Complimentary green fees and cart fees at both Hualalai and Ke’olu courses
Tennis: Complimentary court fees and ball machine, Member pricing for lessons and clinics
Alaka’i Nalu Activities: Complimentary Member activities, 20% discount on all other activities
Spa and Fitness: Complimentary fitness classes, 20% discount on spa, salon and fitness services
Dining: Access to Ke’olu and Canoe Club, 10% discount at all other restaurants, corkage fees waived
Retail: 10% discount (excluding fine jewelry and markdowns, some vendor restrictions apply)
Hotel: Full access to facilities, complimentary Kids For All Seasons, 20% discount on rooms at Hualalai

Inclusive Family Members will need to be registered and receive their access card for each visit in order to receive discounts for services.

Register your Inclusive Family Members
The team at Hualalai Club is very excited to welcome your entire family, but we will need your help to implement these new benefits. We will be asking all Members to update information in order to ensure that your entire family is registered. You will be receiving a copy of this letter in the mail along with some frequently asked questions (FAQs) and a new form to indicate your Inclusive Family Members. The FAQs and Inclusive Family Member Form will also be available online. These new benefits will be available to your family as soon as you complete and return the Inclusive Family Member Form.
