Help Fund Our Mobile Spay & Neuter Clinic

Aloha Neighbors,

As most of you know, Rob and I are very active supporters of our Hawaii Island Humane Society. For the past year, HIHS has been working on acquiring a Mobile Spay & Neuter Clinic, a desperately needed surgical suite on wheels that would help us eliminate pet overpopulation on our island.

This Mobile Spay & Neuter Clinic would make low-cost and/or free surgeries easily accessible to low-income pet owners in the more remote areas of the over 4,000 square miles of our Hawaii Island. The mobile clinic, purchased, outfitted and delivered will cost $200,000.

I am happy to report that HIHS has received a $100,000 matching grant from the Laurence H. Dorcy Foundation!

If HIHS is able to raise $100,000 by February 28, 2018, the Laurence H. Dorcy Foundation match requirement will be fulfilled.

HIHS and I need your help. We may never have the opportunity for a matching gift like this again.

Rob and I have committed $5,000 toward the matching campaign. Will you join us in this effort by making a generous donation today?

Your donation will help us reach our goal and insure the Mobile Spay & Neuter Clinic will be on island and ready for use in 2018.
