Regina Stuard

Regina is a native Hawaiian, born on Oahu and has been in residential real estate sales for 29 years. Prior to joining Hualalai Realty, she owned her own real estate company, Hawaii Resort Homes and since relocating in 2009, was the Sales Manager for the KaMilo development in Mauna Lani Resort.

In 2005, Regina was selling properties in the beautiful Princeville Resort on Kauai, where she had a home. Though she loved the island she didn’t love the rain. It was during this time that she started coming to the Kohala Coast of the Big Island while managing the KaMilo development long distance. It only took a few visits and she decided that the warmth of the sunshine on the Kohala Coast together with the ability to continue her passion with selling resort properties was where she needed to be.

Regina says that as an island born native and someone who has now experienced living on three islands in the state, it’s the “lifestyle on the Kohala Coast that has a quality of life that cannot be compared”.

In 2009 Regina met Norman Stuard, a real estate development manager and three years ago, the two were married. Regina has one daughter (30) and together they have four children and one granddaughter, who is 11 years old.

Regina is a real estate Broker and holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which only 6% of Realtors nationwide have achieved. She also received training and is recognized as an RSPS, a Resort Second Home Specialist…which makes her perfect for Hualalai. In 2016, Regina was recognized as one of the top 100 realtors in the state.

One of her main passions is hula. She grew up learning and dancing the hula and while attending High School in Kalua, she participated in The Kailua High School Madrigal Singers where she traveled around the world singing and performing the hula.

Regina’s main hobby is cooking and she loves all forms of entertaining. Since she considers Health and Wellness to be very important, she says the Big Island offers all of us a better quality of life due to the relaxed lifestyle, mild climate and the ‘Ohana’ experience.

So, welcome Regina, to Hualalai. Please feel free to stop by the realty office and introduce yourself.

Next we will be introducing Joe Buchanan who joined us just weeks ago from Kauai.
