New Changes Personnel Changes at Ke ‘Olu

New Chef de Cuisine at Ke’olu, Robert Juan

Starting Friday, May 8th!

Beginning Friday, May 8, Robert Juan will join our team as Chef de Cuisine at Ke’olu.  Robert has worked around the glob in several spectacular roles at renowned kitchens such as Sushi Samba in Las Vegas, Alan Wong’s on Maui and his most recent role as Chef de Cuisine at Manta at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.  We look forward to you meeting him soon!

New Ke’olu Restaurant Assistant Manager, Corrie Gulsrud

We would like to announce another new member of our Ke’olu team, Corrie Gulsrud.  We are proud to have Corrie oversee the restaurant, bar and pool operations at Ke’olu.  Corrie is joining us from the Mauna Lani Hotel & Bungalows where she has worked for the past few years as the Catering Manager.  She has also worked in marketing for a while and run her business for a few years.  In her spare time, Corrie loves to explore the island.  She is a big foodie at heart and loves to share her passion.  Please join us in welcoming her to our Hualalai ‘Ohana!
