As of today, the Members’ Advisory Board received notice that the data is in from the survey that many of you took a few weeks ago. 313 respondents (nearly 60% response rate) give us a good representation of membership feedback.
There is both raw data and “written comments” which will be analyzed by management and the Members’ Advisory Board with input from The Wiles Group (the consulting firm that ran the survey) and then shared with the membership. That process may take a month or so to get people together and have the time to review everything.
This recent survey along with other things, like the Department Head Meetings, has been implemented to increase communication between Members and management. The Member’ Advisory Board and management would like to thank everyone who participated in filling out the survey. We appreciate your support and feedback and look forward to using the information you have provided to assist us in improving Hualalai Resort and your Member Experience.
