So you’re only coming home to Hualalai for a couple of weeks or a month or two. You know you will pick up food and other necessities for your stay. Every time you are at the grocery store, Costco or at one of the flower shops you are tempted to pick up an orchid or two, or perhaps a lovely arrangement of tropical flowers. But, you know they will last much longer than your stay and you really don’t want to toss them out when you leave. You might also want one or two plants set up for guests when they arrive. Well, leave it to Hualalai to have a service for you. It’s called the Interior Plantscape Program.
For a fee Saralyn Ericsen and her staff will have the plants of your choice in your home just before you arrive. Since you are renting the plants the staff maintain them in your home, watering them, grooming them and if necessary replacing them. They will coordinate with your schedule and tend your floral and plant arrangements twice a week.
They will provide you with a price list. All plant prices quoted are based on a 30-day rental. Plant rental charges are pro-rated for the number of days you are in-house, including the day we install. There is a one-week (7-day) minimum charge.
