Chef Nick Mastrascusa’s New Venture as Executive Chef at Kukio Golf & Beach Club
Nick joined Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from Four Seasons Hotel New York in May 2008 as Chef de Cuisine and has made numerous contributions to the Resort, Beach Tree and to the Food & Beverage division. Chef Nick will be leaving the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai effective Sunday, February 16, 2014. We wish him all the best! |
