Please complete names, handicap and shirt size and fax to the Island of Hawaii YMCA at 808/935-8414 or e-mail at ymca.frontdesk@gmail.com. The form allows for credit card payment, if appropriate. You can also pay when you and the team register at the tournament.
The YMCA would love and appreciate if Hualalai could be a Platinum or Gold Sponsor that further support the programs for the Big Island’s youth.
