There has been a RUMOR around the resort that the owner who bought the two homes on either side of the Canoe Club is purchasing the Canoe Club, too, in order to have one large property.
This RUMOR was checked out and at this time there are NO commitments AT ALL to sell/purchase the Canoe Club.
