New items, changes in the works and addressing concerns

  • Fitness equipment replacement is now in January. Supply limitations are causing delays and the weight room flooring needs to be replaced.
  • The Fitness Recovery Room will be available at Festive. Services include Leg Compression Boots, Stretch and Percussive Massage Therapy, and Advanced Foam Rolling. 20 minutes $65
  • Bring your own water bottle to the spa and fitness areas. Refill stations are available. The Spa and Fitness area will no longer supply bottles but will have paper cups available. Boomerang bottles will be given to hotel guests but not distributed at the Spa as bottles are not being recycled and there is confusion over where to recycle bottles.
  • Cold plunge pools are now available at Keolu locker rooms.
  • Hualalai Spa Contrast Therapy Experience Recommended Schedule

  • Reservations for fitness classes. Members can register for classes a week in advance except for Pilates Reformer classes. Pilates Reformer class reservations can be made a day in advance. Reservations can be made by calling or emailing the Spa. (808) 325 8440 or SpaReservations.Hualalai@fourseasons.com
  • Towels at fitness area are an issue. The Resort is working to secure a reliable source of quality towels and is dealing with laundry issues. Members mentioned towels are small, discolored, mismatched, ragged.
  • Sound system issues in the Fitness Room have been brought to the attention of the Resort. Three speakers are not functioning in the room. Instructors cannot connect to the music system. Resort technician is to look into these problems.
  • Men’s steam room slick floor at Spa. Resort will look into this.
  • Uabody (made in Hawaii) and Theraface products are available at the Spa.
