Rainbow’s End: Hualalai

It’s been a little over a year since the USA and Hualalai shut down because of the CoVid 19 virus. I remember feeling as if I were in some science fiction movie….I was never fond of science fiction movies; being in one was worse. Many people got quickly out of Dodge, while others of us stayed and Hunkered at Hualalai. All of us kept asking: How could this happen? What is going to happen next? When will it happen? The future seemed grim. It was all unbelievable.

We’ve gone through a lot in these last 12 months. We’ve learned a lot. Hualalai: the land, the ocean, the skies, the sunrises and sunsets, the rainbows, the mountains and the people have all kept us steady. March 30’s rainbow was a reflection of that.
