With over 20 years of culinary experience, including a number in private clubs, and trained in a wide variety of cuisines, Michael Haren will be a welcome addition to our ‘ohana.
He began his formal training directly under Chef Michael Kantor, a James Beard Award winning chef, who was trained by world renowned Chef, George Perrier of Le Bec Fin.
He feels he thrives in places that foster creativity and variety. “Over my years of private club experience I have come to understand and appreciate what it takes to create special moments for our Members. My philosophy on food is simple; fresh quality ingredients prepared in a thoughtful way to highlight their natural flavors,” Michael says.
